Stretch 4:3 Videos in Android

I'm able to download videos from video sites such as Youtube that are in 4:3 and stretch them into 16:9 using Media Player Classic within Windows but unfortunately, although I can download them within Android, I can't stretch them.

Any suggestions on doing so?
