How to Install Office 2019 on Windows 7, 8, 8.1
By default, Microsoft Office 2019 can be installed only on Windows 10 and can't be installed on other versions
BUT ... thanks to this small-sized script tool [wotok .cmd ... Credit: Krakatoa, MDL Forums], Office 2019 can be installed and customized on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1

IV. INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mount Office 2019 Pro Plus Retail same folder alongside with wotok .cmd
2. Open wotok .cmd --> Run as administrator
3. Use Offline Install [3]
4. Carry on the rest of customization and selection all through the procedure on wotok.cmd
- Choose [1]: It's the number of the build (No other choices)
- Choose [1] for 64 bit or [2] for 32 bit
- Choose your preferred language (If multilingual)
- By default [Production CC] is chosen. Just hit Enter

By default, ProPlus2019Volume is chosen; If you are happy with that just hit Enter or choose the product you want to install by writing its name as in the list
For example, I typed [ProPlus2019Retail]

In this step, you can exclude products you don't want (or just hit Enter to install all)
Foe example, I choosed to install Excel, Powerpoint and Word & excluded all others
- Choose [1] to install your customized application
5. Wait several minutes for installation
