Win 10 Home to Win 10Pro

Hey, 

Could somebody give a good link to downloading win 10 pro.? 

I was given a link that wants me to download an ISO image of WIN_ENT_LTSC_2019_64-bit. While I did more findings, I discovered that Win 10 Ent is built on Win 10 pro. 

The question on my now is, will Win 10 Ent work on Win 10 Home as an upgrade, or do I really need to install Win 10 Ent afresh on a virgin hard disk.
