Adobe Creative Suite 6 (CS6) was launched at a release event on April 23, 2012 and released on May 7, 2012. CS6 was the last of the Adobe design tools to be physically shipped as boxed software as the model for future releases and updates would be delivered via download only.

 

On May 6, 2013 Adobe announced that CS6 would be the last version of the Creative Suite, and that future versions of their creative software would only be available via their Adobe Creative Cloud subscription model. 

 

The CS6 software is EOL (end of life) and end of support, meaning there are no updates, no bug fixes, and no guarantees it will run on future operating systems.

Creative Suite 6 —or CS6 as it’s generally known— consists of 14 separate applications grouped into 4 major software bundles: Design Standard, Design and Web Premium, Production Premium, and Master Collection.

 

Creative Suite's most famous —and not coincidentally its oldest— application is Photoshop CS6. Photoshop, and its companion photo management app, Bridge is Adobe's flagship image editing package. It's huge, complex, and powerful, and spans the range of photography, graphic design, painting, 3D, video, and other artistic disciplines and pursuits. 1. Photoshop CS6 Extended

While the world doesn't begin and end with Photoshop, sometimes it seems as if it does, especially when upgrade time rolls around. Photoshop is Adobe's flagship program and its oldest and most popular package.

2. Illustrator CS6

Adobe Illustrator CS6 is a powerful vector drawing tool that includes everything you'll need for design, web and video projects.

 

One major headline this time is the new focus on performance. True 64-bit support and Adobe's Mercury Performance System play a big part in improving responsiveness, but Adobe have also been identifying and resolving bottlenecks all around the package.

 

The previous Gaussian blur implementation wasn't the best, for instance, but it's been optimised for CS6, and as a result Gaussian blurs (and effects which depend on them, such as drop shadows and glows) are now much, much faster.

 

 

3. Dreamweaver CS6

Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, targeted to Web designers and developers, builds HTML 5 and CSS3 sites, and lets you preview your design for smart phones, tablets, and computer screens simultaneously with the program's enhanced Multiscreen Preview panel and accurate Live View.

 

This version lets you build native mobile applications for both Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android platform with jQuery Mobile and improved PhoneGap integration. It also features multiple viewing options, accurate HTML 5 rendering, improved FTP performance, and streamlined image editing tools.

 

 

4. Premiere Pro CS6 

Adobe Premiere Pro CS6's aesthetic and workflow improvements over the previous version are immediately obvious at first glance. Whereas Premiere Pro CS5’s most notable features
—64-bit processing and the Mercury Playback Engine— were under the hood, the CS6 interface has undergone a comprehensive redesign that not only transforms the overall look and feel of the program, but facilitates a more efficient editing workflow.

 

This release was also designed to integrate two newcomers to the Creative Suite: Adobe Prelude for ingesting and logging file-based media, and Adobe SpeedGrade, a color correction and grading tool. Premiere Pro's companion DVD authoring program, Encore, is now a 64-bit application.

 

 

5. After Effects CS6

The release of After Effects CS6 is proof that Adobe actually listens to customer requests and stays current with the needs of today’s filmmakers, editors, and motion graphics artists. Beyond this release's impressive list of new features, there are much-needed and long-awaited performance improvements.

 

Adobe has implemented several structural developments like the new ray-traced 3D rendering engine and Global Performance Cache that it rebuilt from the ground up, providing not only faster performance, but increased professional capabilities. New tools such as the 3D Camera Tracker, Rolling Shutter Repair, and variable mask edge feathering are serious professional compositing tools. The enhanced integration between After Effects CS6 and other Adobe tools makes the workflow faster and more fluid than before.

 

 

6. Flash Professional CS6

Flash Professional CS6 has evolved into a powerful authoring environment for creating animation and multimedia content for immersive interactivity across desktops, devices, tablets, smartphones, and televisions.

 

Because of its wide platform and device support, Flash has long been marketed as a develop-once-deploy-everywhere platform. Today, the largest markets for such technology are mobile games and devices, so it's no surprise that Adobe has focused on these categories in the Flash CS6 update.

 

The one major drawback to this strategy is that the available feature set usually tends to be the lowest common denominator of all platforms. Adobe hopes to compensate for this through prebuilt, native extensions that access platform- or device-specific capabilities. It seems promising that this strategy could open the game developer market for Adobe via Flash CS6.

 

 

7. InCopy CS6

Adobe InCopy is a professional word processor that integrates with Adobe InDesign. While InDesign is used to publish printed material, including newspapers and magazines, InCopy is used for general word processing.

 

The software enables editors to write, edit, and design documents. The software includes standard word processing features such as spell check, track changes, and word count, and has various viewing modes that allow editors to visually inspect design elements — just as it looks to the designer working in Adobe InDesign.

 

 

8. Acrobat XI Pro

Adobe Acrobat is a family of application software and Web services developed by Adobe Inc. to view, create, manipulate, print and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF). The family comprises Acrobat Reader, Acrobat and Acrobat.com. The basic Acrobat Reader, available for several desktop and mobile platforms, is freeware; it supports viewing, printing and annotating of PDF files. Additional, "Premium", services are available for reader on paid subscription. The commercial proprietary Acrobat, available for Microsoft Windows and macOS only, can also create, edit, convert, digitally sign, encrypt, export and publish PDF files.    3. wait for the installation to finish

   4. open e.g. Photoshop   Network still needs to be disconnected!!

   5. Choose offline activation

   6. Press "Generate Request code"

   6. open this website and paste your Request code and your serial in         https://aoes-prod.licensingstack.com/aoes/aoes/v1/GenRespCode    

   7. Press Generate Response code and insert the code in the field in Photoshop.
